The AACI Training Terms and Conditions
PUBLIC TRAINING
How to Book
Bookings for international public training programs must be made in writing via our approved vendors / strategic partners in your country / region. The legal contractual relationship would be between you and our approved vendor. The AACI would be the party that delivers the training program following The AACI internal training policies.
Training Discounts
Organizations booking five or more delegates on the same course will receive a 10% discount on the course (plus applicable taxes)
Course Transfers, Canceling Your Place, Non-Attendance, and Cancellation by the Approved Vendor / Strategic Partner
Check with our approved vendor / strategic partner in your country / region regarding each of these relevant matters of the public training programs.
The AACI directly contracts with the U.S. organizations within the U.S. The AACI also contracts directly with organizations when we do not have an approved vendor / strategic partner in the organization’s country or region. When an in-house training program is conducted in a country via our approved vendor, the legal contractual relationship would be between the organization and the approved vendor. The AACI would be the party that delivers the training program following The AACI internal training policies.
PAYMENT
75% of full payment must be received in advance before the start of any training program (international); in-house bespoke, mass traditional, or mass Etraining.
WE ACCEPT
ISSUANCE AND DELIVERY OF PROGRAM CERTIFICATES
The AACI does not issue and deliver program certificates to an exclusive approved vendor, approved vendor, strategic partner, organization, or individual until The AACI receives the full payment of the program fee.
LIABILITY
The AACI does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed on its training programs. Delegates should take specific advice when dealing with particular situations. Opinions expressed are those of individual speakers and experts and do not necessarily those of The AACI. The AACI does not accept any responsibility for the third party (be individual, organization, or others) when The AACI delivers its training or events via an exclusive approved vendor, approved vendor or strategic partner.
